The main door access for Surgical Center of Peak Endoscopy faces south with a parking in front of the building. There is an additional entrance on the west side of the building for employees.

After Hours Access:

Tenants requiring after-hours accessibility for physicians and staff are issued an access code that operates select building entrances. Please contact the Management Office to request an after-hours building access code.

To request unlock service for your suite after hours, download the After Hours Unlock Service form and email, fax or deliver it to the Management Office.
