Mail Service

Mail is delivered to tenant suites. The first and third floor mail is delivered to the third floor and then distributed into an individual mail collection box. Outgoing mail is given to mail carrier on site.

Small Packages

Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites

Large Packages

Deliveries for Surgical Center of Peak Endoscopy take place in front of the main entrance on the south side of the building. The entrance to the lot is located at 2920 North Cascade Avenue. Freight deliveries must utilize the loading dock located on the west side of the building. Loading dock deliveries are restricted to trucks less than 10 feet in height. Delivery vehicles over 10 feet in height must park curbside at on the west side of the parking lot. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.

Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
